Use my deviled eggs recipe as a base for these sandwhiches.
MIX mayonnaise, garlic salt, pickle juice, eggs in a medium bowl.
Add Bacon bits to egg mixture (if you decided to use slices instead, skip this step) and MIX.
To assemble sandwich
Spread guacamole onto one side of each slice of bread
Add egg mixture and whatever other toppings you chose to add (if you are using bacon slices, now is the time to add them)
Use your leftover mix to make Egg Salad Sandwiches.
*** When I have an egg that doesn't peel right like the one I have shown (or one that just isn't Deviled Egg Status), I set it aside and use the leftover egg white use in Egg Salad Sandwiches.
