Cook bacon until crispy (the grease from the hamburger will soften it slightly)
Add ground hamburger to a medium bowl
Add Hamburger seasoning to bowl, knead with your hands until mixed thoroughly.
Tear Bacon into chunks and add to the hamburger bowl. Re-knead.
Dice (if not already diced) Jalapenos and add to hamburger mixture
Add 1 cup Mozzarella cheese to the mixture
Form into hamburgers and add back to pan with left over bacon grease (just for some added flavor) if cooking inside, or place on the pre-heated grill.
Cook until desired doneness has been achieved turning once. Top remaining cheese on each of the patties
Dispose leftover grease.
Butter the inside of each hamburger bun and return to pan to toast until golden brown.
Place one patty per bun and enjoy. This burger has enough flavor you don't NEED any extra condiments or sauces but feel free to add you fav's if you want.
