Inspired by a dish from a diner that closed in 2018, this is my rendition of my favorite entree they offered called "Mass Confusion". We affectionately renamed it to "Mass Chaos" at our house! You could also make your biscuits and gravy from scratch but this meal is so good that no one will notice that you cheated!

Instructions
  1. Follow package directions to bake the biscuits
  2. In the meantime prepare your potatoes by adding bacon grease to a pan and allowing it to melt on medium-high heat.
  3. CAREFULLY add the potatoes to the grease and arrange in a single layer. Season with Lawry's Salt and Pepper.Cook on one side (3-4 minutes) until crispy. Flip to opposite side.
  4. At the same time, cook your bacon in a different pan.
  5. Once the bacon and potatoes are finished, scramble your eggs
  6. Prepare your country gravy in a sauce pan
To Plate:
  1. Cut biscuits in half and lay on a plate
  2. Place potatoes on top of biscuits
  3. Top potatoes with bacon
  4. Lay scrambled eggs over the bacon
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the scrambled eggs
  6. Pour country gravy over the whole thing and ENJOY!
